Dark Circles? Can Vita-K Professional Help?

I tried yet ANOTHER eye cream for dark circles.
After a steady stream of failures, you'd think I would give up, right?
Well, I found another one & succumbed to the siren song...promises of lightened dark circles and less wrinkles and lines to boot.
I started applying Vita-K right after I ended my testing of Benefit It's Potent! Eye Cream back at the end of February. I applied it only to my left eye so we could get a really good, accurate comparison. I applied it darn near every single morning and night, without fail. I can count the times missed on one hand. When it comes to being thorough for you guys, I pull out all the stops!
So, I applied it consistently, following the directions. I found that the cream took a while to dry and when it finally did, it was almost like hair gel that had dried on my face. It had a tight "film" effect. I did NOT like it. It also seemed to emanate a vapor that caused my eye to sting and burn mildly. This passed rather quickly, but was very annoying. Even so, I kept up the regimen faithfully. Like I said, for you guys I put forth my best efforts. Even if they are somewhat painful!
Here we are, a little over 2 months later and here are my results.
Keep in mind, as you look at my pics, my left eye (the eye I treated) will be the eye on YOUR right each time. I've given you 4 different pics, all makeup-free, all taken at the same time, so we can make sure that angles, eye position, flash/no flash, etc., doesn't give us a false interpretation of the results.

As you can see, my left eye (the right eye facing you), doesn't look one single iota better/lighter than the untreated right eye (the left eye from your perspective).
$10 down the drain.
I officially give up. I will NOT buy another dark circle eye treatment again unless a dermatologist recommends one to me, personally!
