Need An Instant Eye Lift? No Surgery Required!

I have some awful genetic eye bags.
They aren't from being tired.
They are "fat pads" that bulge out when your skin loses it's elasticity and strength as you age.
Aging sucks.
A plastic surgeon told me that there is only one way to cure bags like mine...
go under the knife for Blepheroplasty.

My Newest All Natural Subscription Box: Bello Crate!

What's more fun than getting a gift in the mail?
Getting one each month!

You guys know I love subscription boxes.
Since switching out my beauty product from chemical-laden to all natural, I had to give up several subbies, like Glossybox and Ipsy, because their products tend to be full of icky stuff.
There were only a couple of all natural subbies to start, but as people are beginning to realize what you put on your skin goes into your system, too, the world of natural beauty is expanding to meet the demand.

My newest all natural subscription box in this beautiful, good-for-you (and good for the world) niche:

All Natural Mask with Only ONE Ingredient!

Sometimes when you read through the ingredients list of beauty products, you can feel like you need a PhD in chemistry...trying to figure out all those weird sounding ingredients.
Even with some "Natural" products, it can be tough, because some natural ingredients can have really scientific sounding names.
But with a new mask I just tried out, there's only 1 ingredient, and it's all natural: Moroccan Lava Clay (Argile).

Forget Pills! Absorb Your Vitamin B12 & Your Magnesium?

Although I must take a number of pills, I don't enjoy it.
Especially those big horse pills!
When I can find an alternative way to take my supplements and vitamins, other than pills, I'm all for it. I try to get as many of my vitamins naturally, through my food, as possible. But some levels are just not going to be achieved through food alone, so I must supplement.
I recently found a very cool alternative method for a couple of vitamins I like to take:
absorbing through the body's largest organ...the skin!

Get Your Glow On! All Natural Dead Sea Mud Mask Review

I've been having a touch of hormonal acne
(thank you Time Of Month), so I was needing a little extra-special facial care.

I decided to try out the "Pure & Essential Minerals Dead Sea Mud Mask" this weekend. In my quest to find all natural beauty care, I had recently come across it. It is available on Amazon, currently for $24.77.

The mask's main ingredient (and first on the ingredient list) is lovely greenish-gray Dead Sea Mud. This comes from THE Dead Sea...you know...the one between Israel and Jordan?

Going Natural For Cheap?! Radha Skincare's WorkHorse Duo of Organic Oils to the Rescue!

As previously mentioned, I'm trying to slowly convert more of my life to natural, organic and sustainable products.
I can't do it all at once, because that would be costly and a bit emotionally painful (goodbye to most of my current makeup!)...but I can do little bits here and there.

I recently found a few GREAT products that fit into my plan BEAUTIFULLY.

Dreaded Sunspots! A $125 Japanese Serum to Fix Them?

A little over 3 weeks ago, I received a brand new
(so new that it's just now available in the US)
product that originated in Japan. It's supposed to diminish the appearance of spots and also help brighten the appearance of skin.
I got it free from Influenster for testing/review purposes.
This EQUITANCE Brightening Serum & Spot Corrector retails for $125 HERE.

Lancer Eye Cream $95 - Did It Work?

I think we may all have at least one thing about ourselves that we wish we could improve.
For me, that would be my under eyes. I would even consider surgery (lower blepharoplasty) to fix my ever-present baggage...if it didn't cost $3K.
(OK, truth...also if it didn't look like such a painful & gross surgery.)
But, if there was some way to fix what genetics has given me that didn't require all that? Sign me up!

So, for now, I try the latest, (supposedly) greatest, most touted eye creams to see if they help.
The latest I tried?
Lancer Eye Contour Lifting Cream with MDCP Complex.

5 S's for a Successful Shorts Season

Here are 5 S's
to help you have a more successful
Spring & Summer Shorts Season:

1.) Shave Cream.
Affordable great shave cream for women
Shorts show skin. Best if it's not hairy skin!
I've tried lots of shaving creams, foams, gels, lotions, etc. We are all different, but I've found that I truly like shave lotions/creams best.
They provide close, comfortable shaves, while moisturizing the skin better than most of the others. I like EOS and Skintimate, but Skintimate edges out EOS thanks to the packaging (EOS, as a pump, will end up leaving you with a lot of cream at the bottom that won't pump out, while Skintimate, being upside-down and a squeeze-type, will completely empty out with no problems).

2.) Shaving Razor.

Every Woman Needs a Great Razor

Spring is here and where I live in the Deep South, we're already in shorts and even bathing suits on some days.

It's an unwritten rule that you MUST spare all others from having to look at hairy legs (or any other parts that ought to be shaved). So even though I shave year-round, I tend to shave a lot more as I wear less clothing. That requires a razor.

Garnier Triple Nutrition Dry Oil: Any Good?

A sample was provided by BzzAgent for consideration.
All opinions are 100% honest and my own.

Beauty Oils are all the rage.
On your face, on your hair, on your body.
They clean, they moisturize, they treat.
Many are all natural, too.
The BIG thing about them: they are usually multi-taskers.
For example, Josie Maran makes a 100% Argan oil that I really like.
I can use it on my face to hydrate at night.
I can use it on my lips to treat them when they are rough or dry.
I can use it on my hair while wet to seal the cuticle...and sparingly while dry to smooth and add shine.
It's all natural, does a lot & takes up only a little bit of medicine cabinet real estate.
BUT, it's really high-dollar.
When BzzAgent offered me a free bottle of Garnier's Triple Nutrition Miracle Dry Oil, I was ready to see if it would be as good as my Josie Maran for less than a third of the cost.

Acne Treatment That Doesn't Dry Out Skin?

I'm about to turn 40, but I still get zits.
I know, I thought I'd be done with acne by now, too.
Sad, huh?
I got a new acne treatment to try out in my February Glossybox, so I figured I'd try it out when I got my latest zit.
