In my quest to stay fit without becoming bored (which lends itself to not exercising at all), I discovered "Faithful Workouts" on NRB (DirecTv channel 378) at 8:30 am. What do I love about this program? The awesome Christian Rock! The options (high intensity vs. low impact/intensity) available in one show. The way it can be done with no implements; but if you have them, you get to use weights, bands & an exercise ball sometimes - just to mix things up & keep it interesting. The host, Michelle Spadafora, who is cheerful, motivating, and down-to-earth real. The way Michelle speaks to our hearts from God's lips, using His Word to encourage, inspire and direct us. You can even purchase a longer length exercise DVD, which has "18 awesome songs and an exercise DVD for one low price. The workout includes a warm up, cardio and strength training routines and 5 stretching devotionals" (quoted from the website).
